  • Developed and implemented the companies ‘Dedicated Installation Coordinator’ scheme, a first for a DSL ISP.
  • Calculated accurate Customers per Rep ratios – adjustable for known variables.
  • Instigated and implemented ‘Information Station’, initially for the companies’ largest VAR channel partner - so retaining their business. Completed within 1 week of becoming the VAR installation team lead.
  • Generated and implemented accurate order entry criteria document – ultimately incorporated in the Intranet OSS. Leading to a >20% increase in turn up efficiency, and a  >20% reduction in cancellations.
  • Implemented Employee DSL order fulfillment & documentation. Dramatically improving efficiency & simplifying the process.
  • Highlighted the need for and created the process and procedures for customer site location moves (inc. contractual issues). Reducing these cancellations by over 50%.
