Looking to create a new Communications or other LLC or Corporation?

Here is my review of LLC/Corp formation companies:
Recently I started a company and after researching where to create my LLC or Corporation; I found large disparity in the quality and service actually offered.
The big names are actually offering less than some of the smaller players and they charge more.
Often almost double what I paid and you could get less service in return.
Note that many of these larger players include a “State Expedited Fee” of $100.00.
This is not really any value as far as I can see, my Georgia LLC filing was submitted on Thursday Feb 3rd 2011 and approved on Tuesday the 8th, that’s 2 clear business days and was without any expedited fees.
